3. The system cannot be powered off from the date of power-on. Once the power is turned off, the probability of a system error alarm will be very large;
4, PLC can not achieve S-curve motion control and interpolation algorithm, so the motor speed must be very slow and there will be a large jitter when stopping, this jitter can easily lead to driver over-current protection, resulting in system paralysis.
Third, the optimal control scheme for the spray base station:
In this system, the PLC only needs to wait for the servo to prepare the command, and then control the switch of the baffle through an output port. Solved the following issues:
1. Servo motor power-on and zero-return function, because the intelligent servo motor driver has a variety of zero-return modes. After the motor is powered on, it can be turned back or reversed according to the actual installation situation to return to the physical zero position of the motor. The position of the limit switch, and then the bezel can be accurately returned to the correct position each time it is powered.

2. The system can turn off the power at any time in unattended or special circumstances. The system will automatically return to the correct position after power-on, which greatly improves the reliability of the system and saves energy.

3. The intelligent servo drive has the functions of acceleration and deceleration setting and interpolation to achieve high-speed operation and smooth operation of the motor.
