Servo motor driver structure

The structure of the servo motor driver mainly includes the control system and the drive system.

Control system

Generally composed of DSP, it uses the current feedback value to close the current loop, collects the encoder signal to calculate the speed closure speed loop, and generates the Pwm switch signal of the six switch tubes of the drive drive system.

2. Drive system

a. Rectifier filter circuit, for example, 220V AC is made into 310V DC to provide IPM

b. The intelligent power module (IPM) is internally a three-phase two-level bridge circuit. Inverting output U, V, W in the upper and lower switches of each phase. Through the opening and closing of the six switching tubes, each servo instant of the UVW three-phase is controlled to communicate with the ground or with the DC high voltage.

c. Current sampling circuit, which may be a Hall current sensor, whose output will be connected to the AD port of the control system.

d. The peripheral circuit of the encoder, whose output is connected to the event manager of the DSP.
