2. The internal planet carrier is translocated, the internal gear friction produces iron cutting, and the reducer needs to be replaced.
3. The bearing at the output end of the gear motor is displaced, deformed or worn. At this point, it is necessary to replace the demolition machine and bearings, and check the internal gears for wear and cracks.
4. This situation is very common, mainly caused by too much lubricating oil. This doesn't happen when the excess oil runs out.
5. ①If the reducer is overloaded for a long time, the output shaft will be partially broken due to fatigue. Running according to the requirements specified by the manufacturer can greatly reduce the occurrence of such accidents.
②The force on the output shaft is uneven, the radial load exceeds the rated range, or it works under the rated strength for a long time.
