Reasons for large axial vibration of the motor
First, the cause of vibration
Electromagnetic aspect
Power supply: three-phase voltage (unbalanced, three-phase motor phase loss)
Stator aspect: the core becomes elliptical, eccentric, loose, winding broken, grounded breakdown, turn-to-turn short circuit, wiring error, three-phase current imbalance.
Rotor failure: the core becomes elliptical, eccentric, loose, and the rotor short-circuit ring and cage strip are welded and broken. The three-phase winding of the wound rotor is unbalanced, winding disconnection, grounding breakdown, turn-to-turn breakdown, wiring error, and poor brush contact.
2. Mechanical aspects
In terms of the motor itself: the rotor is unbalanced, the shaft is bent, the slip ring is deformed, the air gap of the stator and rotor is uneven, and the magnetic center is inconsistent. Bearing failure: poor basic installation. The mechanical strength is not enough. Resonance, ground screw loose, motor fan damaged. When the bearing is running close to the service life, the vibration of the motor is gradually increased, the bearing operation is murmur, and the phenomenon of grinding the shaft and the sweeping of the shaft may occur.
Coupling cooperation: the coupling is damaged, the connection is poor, and the center is not allowed to load the mechanical imbalance system resonance.
3. Electromechanical mixing reasons
Motor vibration is often caused by uneven air gap, causing single-sided electromagnetic pulling force, and pulling force further increases air gap. Electromechanical mixing acts as electromechanical vibration.
The axial movement of the motor, the gravity or the installation level of the rotor itself and the electromagnetic tension caused by the magnetic center do not cause the axial movement of the motor, causing the vibration of the motor to increase, and the bearing bush is worn seriously, so that the temperature of the bearing bush rises rapidly and the vibration is found.
