Principle and composition of permanent magnet brushless DC motor drive system
The electric dental seat has two degrees of freedom, pitch and lift. The servo system uses two rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motors as the main components of motion control, and is driven separately for two degrees of freedom. As shown in Fig. 1, the motor A is a pitch motor, and the motor B is a lift motor.
The motor control part uses only one DSP (digital signal processor) chip TMS320LF2407A to realize the control of two brushless motors, making full use of DSP's rich on-chip resources. The PWM inputs of the two motors are all provided by DSP, eliminating the logic. The chip improves the reliability of the system. The memory chip is extended by the SPI on-chip serial peripheral, and the FRAM (non-volatile memory) has a power-down protection function to realize the memory of the position of the power seat in the case of power-off.
