Selection and arrangement of the location of the generator house:

Taking into account the air intake, exhaust, smoke exhaust, etc. of the generator house, according to the requirements of the "Electrical Design Code for Civil Buildings", the diesel generator room should be arranged on the first floor, but usually the first floor of civil buildings such as large public buildings and commercial buildings. It is a golden zone, and the first floor will bring some noise to the surrounding environment. Therefore, according to the regulations, when there is difficulty, it can also be arranged in the basement. 7. There is an oil storage room in the machine room.

Second, the layout of the machine room

1. The diesel generator room shall be separated from other parts by a partition wall with a fire resistance of not less than 2.00 hours and a floor of 1.50 hours;

2. The machine room should have two entrances and exits, one of which should meet the requirements of the handling unit. The door should be fireproof and soundproofed and should be opened outwards.

3. The wall and ceiling of the machine room are used as sound absorbers to absorb part of the sound energy and reduce the reverberation caused by sound wave reflection;

4. The equipment layout in the equipment room should meet the requirements of the "Electrical Design Code for Civil Buildings", and strive to be compact, safe and easy to operate and maintain.
