Permanent magnet brushless DC motor terms and definitions
Back EMF coefficient
A coefficient that reflects the characteristics of the motor's back EMF.
4 model, environment, basic parameters and circuit diagram
4.1 model
4.2 Environment
4.2.1 Elevation
The altitude does not exceed 1000m. When the altitude exceeds 1000m, it shall be in accordance with the relevant provisions of GB755-2008.
4.2.2 Temperature
When the atmospheric temperature is between -25 ° C and 40 ° C, the motor and its controller can operate according to the specified quota.
4.2.3 Humidity
The motor and its controller can work normally when the relative temperature does not exceed 100%. The motor should work safely if its surface temperature is lower than the dew point, that is, the surface of the motor is condensed.
4.2.4 Voltage fluctuations
The voltage fluctuation range of the motor should be no more than 8%.
4.3 basic parameters
4.3.1 Shell protection rating
The motor enclosure has a degree of protection ≥ IP44.
4.3.2 Cooling method
The motor is cooled by IC00 or customized to customer requirements.
4.3.3 Insulation class
The insulation rating of the motor is ≥B.
4.4 circuit diagram
The motor consists of two parts: the driver and the motor body (including the position sensor).
