Permanent magnet AC servo motor is used in horizontal continuous casting
Horizontal continuous casting technology is a new continuous casting technology that emerged in the 1980s. Due to the simple horizontal casting process, high efficiency and good product quality, it has been widely used in the metallurgical industry. The blanking technology is the core of the horizontal continuous casting technology. In order to make the crystallization of the liquid metal in the crystallizer more complete and uniform, the pulling system of the casting blank is to be pulled through multiple driving motors---stop----- - Stop--- Pulling reciprocating shifting motion. This puts high demands on the technical indicators such as response time, followability and synchronization of the drive system.
The continuous casting billet production line of Shandong Dingyu Special Steel is a new project in 2002. The production line adopts rare earth permanent magnet AC servo motor (3 sets, 15KW/set, model: TYSZ-1500-160) of Zhejiang Zhongyuan Electric Co., Ltd., and is equipped with F5 servo controller of German KEB to realize speed synchronization control function and master-slave control. Synchronous control function, fast response, accurate positioning, good synchronism, through on-site commissioning in July 2003, the current operating conditions are good, the performance indicators have fully met the horizontal continuous casting requirements.
Second, the performance characteristics of Zhongyuan Electric TYSZ series rare earth permanent magnet AC servo motor
1. Speed regulation and positioning accuracy are high;
2, dynamic response is fast (electromagnetic time and electromechanical time constant is small);
3, high sensitivity (motor starting voltage is small);
4. Wide speed range and strong overload capability;
5, the power range is large, up to 75KW;
6, good linearity, small torque fluctuations;
7, high power density, small size, light weight;
8. Low loss and high efficiency;
9, low noise, low temperature rise, long life
Third, the continuous casting servo drive system
The motion curve of the continuous casting blank is an analog waveform similar to a sine wave. It is controlled by a single-chip computer program, and the frequency and speed of the blanking are adjusted through keyboard input and display monitoring, and the operation is simple and quick. The servo controller drives the motor by receiving the switching quantity control signal and the analog speed reference signal of the microcontroller. The MCU detects the motion track of the motor rotor in real time through the position feedback signal, and realizes the position closed loop of the control system to ensure that the motor's motion track meets the process requirements.
