Because the ironless motor structure has excellent dynamic performance, it does not have cogging during motion, so it is very powerful, but their heat dissipation efficiency is not as good as that of a core motor because the contact area is small, from the winding base to The heat transfer path of the cooling plate is long, so the full load power of these motors is low. In addition, the double row magnet structure used to achieve the proper force and stroke also increases the overall cost of this motor.
