Assume that the 203 line on the KM4 is loose in the main circuit, and the fault point can be found by the electric resistance method. During the inspection, the RX10 resistance file in the multimeter can be used to place a watch bar at V11 point, the other watch bar gradually moves downward from 201 points, and the KM4 contact is forcibly closed when passing the KM4 contact. In the actual measurement process, if the resistance value between V11 and a certain point shows infinity, it is the fault point. After the fault point is found, the service personnel can reconnect the 203 line to effectively eliminate the fault.
3 check machine parameter inspection method
At present, most of them use automatic machine tools. During actual use, the operator automatically adjusts the operating parameters of their motion state.
