Jet engine test system
Project Introduction:
Jet engine testing is a complex and tricky project. Testing requires high sampling speeds and high precision, so its fuel and raw materials are very expensive. Large engines need to be installed on a field test truck. In this case, the system needs to be shockproof and anti-jamming to ensure safe and reliable test results.

System specification:
Jet engines should be tested on rigorous test equipment before they can be put into production. Under certain conditions, data is collected by sensors, then transmitted to the on-site industrial control computer, and finally transmitted to the control room for measurement and verification.
Advantech's analog input module, PCM-3813I, is used to monitor changing data such as fuel flow, pressure and temperature. The PCM-3730I of the digital input/output module is used to control such as false alarms, interlocking controls and emergency shutdown actions. It can be mounted directly on a field measurement truck. These two products are connected to the computer platform via the RS-232/422/485 bus via the isolated communication module PCM–3610.
When installed in the field and control center sites, the PCM-3725 ensures the accuracy of digital I/O control and alerts you of defects or errors during testing. All signals are transmitted to the central computer via the standard PCI-104 interface.
