First, the concept of RV reducer
The RV reducer is one of the more common reducers in the worm gear reducer family, namely the RV vacuum turbine reducer. It consists of a worm and a worm wheel. It has a compact structure, a large transmission ratio, and a transmission machine with a self-locking function under certain conditions. It is one of the most commonly used reducers and has low vibration, low noise and low energy consumption.

1. The input form of RV reducer is divided into: hole input, shaft input, extended worm shaft type;

Third, the principle of RV reducer
RV reducer is generally used for low-speed and high-torque transmission equipment. The motor, internal combustion engine or other high-speed power is transmitted through the gears on the input shaft of the reducer to mesh the large gears on the output shaft to achieve the purpose of deceleration. The reducer will also have several pairs of identical principle gears to achieve the desired deceleration effect, the ratio of the number of teeth of the large and small gears is the transmission ratio. The reducer is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed converter to decelerate the number of revolutions of the motor to a desired number of revolutions and obtain a mechanism of a large torque.
