Introduction to coffee grinder

A coffee grinder is a grinding tool that cuts and grinds coffee beans into coffee powder when a mechanical tool is driven by a motor. Coffee is native to Ethiopia. It was used as a drink in North Africa and West Asia for hundreds of years before being introduced to Europe in the 17th century. Coffee plantations opened up in all hot and humid regions of the world, and coffee became a popular drink. But it takes a lot of work to make a good pot of coffee. Coffee beans must be ground to a fine powder. It's also best to use some kind of filter to keep the grounds out of the cup, although many people in many places like to drink coffee without a filter. Before the coffee grinder was invented, humans used a stone pestle and mortar to grind coffee beans. The ideal time to grind coffee beans is just before cooking. Because GROUND coffee is easy to oxidize and lose flavor, especially without proper storage, coffee powder is also easy to become stale, naturally unable to cook a mellow coffee.

1. A bean grinder with two round serrated blades that "rip" rather than "chop" beans. This can not only grind out a very fine and uniform size of coffee powder, and the powder is dener-cake crumb shaped porous irregular particles, so that the hot water can evenly and thoroughly through each coffee powder;

2. The larger the diameter of the blade, the better the horsepower and speed are also the larger the better (it is best to have a good heat resistance structure), to ensure that it can provide cold and rapid cutting;

3. Multi-stage grinding adjustment, so that it can meet the grinding of different cooking methods.2 (3)
