Industrial intelligent drive speed control system

2. Wide speed range, long-term operation at low speed, long-term operation with load from zero to maximum speed. The temperature rise of motor and controller is lower than the temperature rise when working at rated load.
3. High starting torque, low starting current. More than 2-3 times the rated torque, the starting current is small, and the starting current is only 30% of the rated current.
4. Can start and stop frequently, and reverse the switch. It also has excellent torque output and operating characteristics during braking and motor operation. Therefore, it is suitable for frequent starting and frequent forward and reverse, and the conversion rate can reach 1000 times/hour or more.
5. Three-phase input power supply phase loss or controller output phase loss does not burn the motor. The three-phase power input is out of phase or underpowered or stopped, and does not burn the motor and controller.
6. High power factor, no need to install reactive power compensation device.
7. Power device control errors do not cause a short circuit.
The upper and lower arm power devices are connected in series with the windings of the motor, and there is no phenomenon that the power device is burnt due to a control error or a short circuit caused by interference.
