The working principle of the washing motor: the motor used in the washing machine is an AC series motor, which has good reversibility and stable operation. At present, most of the washing machine motors are two-winding capacitor motors. In this motor, the capacitor is connected in series to the starting winding and then connected in parallel with the working winding. The space phase difference between the two - phase windings is 90℃. If the capacity of capacitor C is properly selected, the current phase difference in the two windings can be 90°. In this way, the two phase windings that are 90° each other in space will pass through the two phase alternating current that is 90° each other, resulting in a rotating magnetic field, and the motor will rotate along the direction of the rotating magnetic field.
In order to complete the washing and dewatering work, two-speed motor and single-phase series motor are adopted. Among them, the two-speed motor has the advantages of excellent starting characteristics and running performance, strong overload capacity and so on, but also has the disadvantages of insufficient power and low speed. Single-phase series motor has the advantages of large starting torque, strong overload capacity, high speed, small size and so on, but it also has the disadvantages of frequent maintenance.
In addition, AC series motor is also widely used in electric drill, electric hammer, electric plane, electric sewing machine, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, juicer, blender, microwave oven, soybean milk machine, electric fader and other electric tools and household appliances.
