How to solve the heat of the micro gear motor
Many customers will use the miniature planetary geared motor unit for long-term operation, and the speed of the reducer will be high.
1. The micro geared motor is also called the planetary gear motor. It is often said that the load is greater than the factory rated load. This is because the load is too large, the internal gear of the reducer is tightly engaged and the friction is increased, resulting in a relatively large load.
2. The internal structure of the reducer is not suitable for the speed input. There is customer response. The same motor is installed in the same reducer. The speed reduction ratio of the reducer is different, but the noise is different from the heat. But what is the cause?
After effective inspection and analysis, we found that the solar gear with a higher heat generation at the input end of the reducer is larger. At this time, the sun teeth are decelerating motion, and the planetary teeth are accelerated, and the natural heat is even greater.
In order to solve the problem of such problems, it is advocated to use other reduction ratio reducers, or to change the internal gear structure (the cost is larger).
Of course, there are many manufacturers of miniature planetary geared motors, and their occupations are not very consistent. However, the reasons for the overheating of the reducer are generally the above two points.
