Disassembly of the fan
1. First, read the manual carefully to understand what cannot be done, and prepare to disassemble the tool yourself.
2. When disassembling the fan, the fan cover of the vacuum cleaner is stuck on the bearing cover. You can also pry open the case with a flat-blade screwdriver and remove the fan cover. Please keep the cover in a safe place so as not to be crushed.
3. Next, leave the introduction, hold the impeller with one hand, and loosen the lock nut with a wrench with the other hand. After loosening, remove the washer, washer, impeller and other components in turn, and remove the guide wheel.
4) Then remove the brush and use a soldering iron to solder the lead terminals of the stator winding coils.
5. Remove the bearing cup. In a typical vacuum cleaner, the bearing cap and the housing are connected by four rivets. When we disassemble, we must prepare for assembly. It is to ensure that the stator and armature are concentric. Often, small eyes need to be marked near the original rivets.
6. Next, unplug the bearing cap. During this process, care should be taken to protect the casing so as not to affect the assembly after the casing is damaged. requires attention.
7. Finally, pull out the armature. This step is generally based on the wear of the front and rear rolling bearings of the electric pivot to decide whether to remove it. That is, if the wear is not serious, it does not need to be disassembled; when the wear is serious, it should be disassembled with a special tool.
Disassembly of the motor
1. Start dismantling. Since the fan cover is fixed on the bearing cover with pressure, you can use a flat-blade screwdriver to pry it open a little to remove the fan cover.
2. First hold the impeller with the left hand, unscrew the lock nut with the wrench with the right hand, remove the washer, washer, impeller, washer, washer, etc. in turn, and then remove the guide wheel.
3) Then remove the brush and solder the 4 lead terminals of the two coils of the armature winding with a soldering iron.
4. Remove the bearing cup. The bearing cap and bearing seat are also riveted with 4 rivets. After disassembly and assembly, it is not easy to make the stator and armature accurately concentric. In order to improve the concentricity of the stator and the armature during assembly, the following two methods can be used for disassembly. One is to drill 4 holes about 5mm away from the 4 rivets for future assembly. Then, use a bench drill to remove the original rivets. The second is to drill a small hole in the center of the original 4 rivets with a pointed punch, and then use a bench drill to align the small hole to remove the rivet.
5. Next, unplug the bearing cap. If it can't be pulled out, you can use two boards to support the bearing cover, use a pointed punch to push the center of the rotating shaft, and hit the punch with a cock to slowly separate the ball bearing and the bearing seat. However, be careful not to damage the case by dropping it on the floor.
6. Unplug the armature after cleaning. The front and rear rolling bearings of the electric pivot are not seriously worn and do not need to be removed. When the wear is serious, use special tools to disassemble to complete the disassembly.
Precautions for the use of dust collectors
1. Before using the dust collector, check whether the parts are in good condition. If there is any damage or air leakage, it must be repaired in time. It is also very important whether there is leakage of electricity and whether the dust in the dust bag is clean.
2. Before the dust collector is used, it is necessary to clean up the larger swag and paper in the site. During the work, the air inlet and dust channel are blocked in the suction pipe to prevent the dust collector from working normally.
3. The general dry dust collector shall not absorb moisture or sewage. ** Prevent bad vacuum cleaners.
4. Remember to add lubricating oil to the motor bearing of the vacuum cleaner regularly and use it frequently, and it is indispensable once a month.
5. The motor carbon brushes of the vacuum cleaner are worn out after long-term use, and new carbon brushes should be replaced immediately.
6. When the vacuum cleaner is not in use, please store it in a dry and ventilated place. In addition, it is best to clean the vacuum cleaner every 3 days.
