1. Since the oil seal is the key factor for the shaft sealing effect of the gear reduction motor, the long-term continuous high-temperature sliding contact between the oil and the oil seal caused by the friction causes the grinding wear of the sealing work; the speed of the shaft also affects the temperature rise faster. The higher the temperature, the more the oil seal wears and burns, causing the seal of the oil seal to fail, shortening the service life of the oil seal.

The long-term use of the geared motor leads to the wear of the journal, the sealing effect is deteriorated, and the sealing effect of the oil seal is reduced or even eliminated; at the same time, the surface roughness of the shaft of the reducer is also an important cause of the wear of the oil seal. Treatment plan: Replace the oil seal.

4. The geared motor does not open the venting cap during use. The damper has a venting cap, but the venting hole is too small, which is easily blocked by dust and oil. During the operation of the geared motor, the friction of the moving pair is heated and affected. The influence of the ambient temperature causes the temperature of the reducer to rise. If there is no vent hole or vent hole blockage, the pressure inside the gearbox gradually increases. The higher the temperature inside the gearbox, the greater the pressure difference with the outside world, and the pressure difference of the lubricating oil. Next, leaking from the gap. Treatment plan: Keep the breathable cap open.
