How to choose the model of the powerful dc motors
To determine the model of a small motor, you need to calculate the following three points:
1. Calculate and determine the running speed of the machine, and calculate the reduction ratio of the small motor according to the mechanical speed (deceleration ratio calculation: reduction ratio = input shaft speed / output shaft speed = motor speed / mechanical required speed);
2. Calculate the torque of the load, and select the output of the small motor according to this torque (refer to the small motor manufacturer: such as the “output torque meter” provided by Shenzhen Longhui Motor) to determine the model of the small motor;
3. Determine additional functions of the small motor, such as power-off brake, energized brake, combined speed regulation, separation speed regulation, reversible operation, etc.
Small motor features:
Low noise design, small high power, rich model and long service life. From 1W to 90W, the reduction ratio is from 1:3 to 1:2000. There are single-phase induction motor, three-phase induction motor; continuous operation, reversible; brake type. There are combined MUS and MUX (digital display) design.
1. Single-phase induction small motor: It can operate continuously using capacitor induction motor with high power and low noise.
Second, reversible small motor: with instantaneous conversion forward and reverse function almost no over-travel phenomenon. Due to the balanced winding method and the built-in simple brake mechanism. It can convert between forward and reverse in a momentary manner.
Third, the electromagnetic brake small motor: can brake in a short time, when the load is no load, the starting brake is 2 to 4 turns, playing a safe braking performance.
4. Variable speed small motor: With the speed controller, the speed regulation range is wide: 90~1400RPM. The internal speed sensor is provided and the feedback control is implemented. Therefore, the power frequency changes, and the specified number of revolutions never changes.
