How to choose the main motor of the spinning frame to make it more energy efficient
The spindle motor of the spinning frame is the main drive motor of the spinning frame. The suitability of its selection directly affects the cost of spinning and spinning. To ensure the safe operation and use of the motor. When selecting a motor, the load must be understood three points, namely the nature of the load, the load capacity and the working environment of the motor.
It is specifically discussed below.
(1) Load properties
The nature of the load refers to the type of load and its mechanical properties. When changing the load, the relationship between the load speed and the torque required to drive the load is called the torque-torque characteristic of the load, which is the most basic factor in selecting the motor.
(2) Load capacity
The load capacity is determined for the motor power and torque. The power should be selected to meet the necessary capacity of the supporting mechanical load. Do not oversize or undersize. The power is too large to fully utilize the motor efficiency, increase the investment cost and operating cost, and waste power; if the power is too small, the motor will be overloaded, the motor will heat up, the insulation life will be shortened, and the winding will be burned, which is very unsafe. Therefore, in selecting the motor, the load power must be guaranteed to be within the rated power range when the rated power is guaranteed, and the required power can be further selected to achieve the purpose of economy, safety and reliability.
(3) Working environment
The working environment refers to the temperature of the motor working site and the working time of the motor.
The textile industry has a high ambient temperature and therefore high requirements on the motor. The motor in the textile industry generates less heat and has good heat dissipation. It can work in high temperature for a long time. In addition, due to the long working hours of the motor, which is close to 24 hours per day, it is also important to select a high-efficiency motor.
The choice of motor rated power is generally divided into three steps: the first step: calculate the load power, the second step: pre-select the motor according to the calculated value and the working environment, the third step: check the heating, overload capacity and starting torque of the pre-selected motor .
Table 1Y series inverter motor
Load condition no load 30% load 50% load 60% load full load
Power factor 0.20.50.770.850.87
Efficiency 0.50.850.880.870.865
Y series variable frequency motor is a universal motor design that takes into account both the efficiency of the motor and the cost of the motor. It is generally used in applications where the working time is not very long.
