Hair dryer is a kind of household appliances, mainly used for hair drying and plastic surgery, some are also used in the laboratory, physiotherapy room and industrial production, art workers and other aspects for local drying, heating and physical therapy. Hair dryer is composed of shell, motor and wind blade, electric heating element, windshield plate, switch, it is directly driven by the motor to drive the rotor to drive the wind blade rotation, blowing out the hot and cold wind, to achieve the purpose of drying and shaping. 1. Hair dryer structure
The hair dryer mainly consists of the following components
① monoblock. It protects the internal parts, and it is also an external decoration.
② motor and wind blades. The motor is installed in the housing, and the wind blade is installed on the shaft end of the motor. When the motor rotates, the air is inhaled by the air inlet and blown out by the air outlet.
③ electric heating element. The electric heating element of the hair dryer is made of the electric heating wire around, which is installed in the air outlet of the hair dryer. The wind discharged by the motor is heated by the electric heating wire in the air outlet, and turns into a hot wind to send it out.
Some hair dryers in the electric heating element near the installed thermostat, when the temperature exceeds the predetermined temperature to cut off the circuit, play a protective role.
④ air damper. Some hair dryers have a round windshield at the air inlet to adjust the air intake. A hair dryer without a circular windshield that can cover a part of the air inlet with a piece of paper can also adjust the air intake. Less air volume, the wind is relatively hot, the air volume is more, the wind is not too hot. It should be noted that the tuyere can not be blocked too much, otherwise the temperature will damage the motor or burn out the electric heating components because of the high temperature.
⑤ switch. Hairdryer switch generally has "hot wind", "cold wind", "stop" three gear positions, commonly used white means "stop", red means "hot wind", blue means "cold wind".
Some hair dryer of the electric heating element is composed of two or three sections of the electric heating wire, used to adjust the temperature, controlled by the selector switch.
2. Working principle of hair dryer
The hair dryer rotates the air blade directly by driving the rotor of the motor. When the air blade rotates, the air is drawn from the air inlet, and the resulting centrifugal airflow is blown out of the front mouth of the air duct. When the air passes through, if the heating wire on the heating support in the air nozzle is heated up, the hot air is blown out; if the selection switch does not power up the heating wire, the cold air is blown out.
Generally speaking, the choice switch on the hair dryer handle is generally divided into three gears, namely, close gear, cold air gear, hot air gear, some hair dryer handle is also equipped with the motor speed control switch, for the choice of the air volume and hot air temperature to use. Behind or side of the shell of various hair dryer, are equipped with a rotating circular wind cover, spin the cover to adjust the section size of the air inlet, you can adjust the transmission wind speed and the temperature of the hot air.
