At the same time, Lao Zhang considered that the fan blades are generally designed by various manufacturers in combination with the hair dryer, so this motor does not have fan blades. In addition, the current mainstream hair dryers are in 3-5 gears, basically for the air volume, the high and low gears become enough.

【Speed and torque】

This brushless motor was initially positioned as a high-end professional hair dryer. Therefore, in terms of torque, it is designed to be relatively large, and professional-grade blades do not have to worry about the situation that the speed is not enough after the load is too large. Lao Zhang, taking a conventional professional hair dryer fan blade for testing, the high speed is 18000RPM under load, the low speed is 16000RPM, and the no-load is 23000RPM.

The current application market of this motor is still the professional high-end hair dryer market. In terms of design, the current drive design can be fully satisfied if the requirements for gears are not very urgent.
