It is understood that the current high-efficiency motor in the country's memory is only about 8%, and the proportion of high-efficiency motors is growing slowly.
The industry believes that China is currently facing some problems in the promotion of high-efficiency motors. For example, currently inefficient storage motors are mainly distributed in high-energy steel, cement, metallurgy, paper and other enterprises. In addition, the proportion of medium and large-sized motors in inefficient storage motors is relatively high. The efficiency values of medium and large-sized motors are tested by motor manufacturers. The use of enterprises cannot determine whether the efficiency of motors truly meets the high-efficiency motor standards, resulting in the selection and use of some enterprises. When the motor is used, there are certain concerns about the energy saving benefits in the later stage.
In addition, due to the contradiction between long-term interests and immediate interests, the contradiction between short-term investment and output, reform and innovation, and the old-fashioned opposition, as well as the reality of short-term economic interests imbalance caused by enterprise reform, the progress of efficient motor promotion is slow.
The analysis believes that with the deepening of industrial structure reform and transformation, the above problems will be accelerated and solved, and it is also the development opportunity for efficient (permanent magnet) motors in the future.
