The Hall sensor is used to locate the working status of the ultra-high-speed motor in real time. Without the Hall sensor, Dyson completes the position reading and writing of the ultra-high-speed motor through software algorithms. Compared with motors with Hall sensors, Dyson's software algorithm can control the motor to maintain normal operation when the ultra-high-speed motor parameters fluctuate greatly, making the wind speed and temperature of the hair dryer outlet more stable, and the user's The sense of experience will be stronger. To put it bluntly, HL9 uses a three-phase brushless DC motor, with one more empty phase, the technology is much easier to implement.
1.3 Control Panel

For ordinary hair dryers, the circuit board is very simple, and it is usually made in the handle. A master with a little experience in circuit soldering can do it without any pressure. But for the Z-shaped air duct hair dryer in the price range of about 500 yuan, the circuit boards are all integrated into the air duct, and the structure is much more complicated. In the price range of more than 1,000 yuan, a single circuit board can no longer meet the computing and functional requirements, and more computer boards need to be added, as shown in the following figure:

1.4 texture
At present, most of the hair dryers on the market are made of heat-resistant ABS, heat-resistant PP, PBT/PET+GF, PET+GF, PC and other materials for plastic parts. The plastic materials used in different parts of the same hair dryer are different. Most of the hair dryers It will not indicate the type of plastic used at all, and can only provide you with a more subjective analysis. The texture of cheap hair dryers must be greatly reduced.
