There are many kinds of knitting machines, but no matter what type of knitting machine, their main structure is basically the same, but knitting according to the work requirements of various machines, the specific structure is different, and equipped with different uses of auxiliary institutions. The mechanism of the machine can be roughly divided into two parts, namely the main mechanism and auxiliary mechanism.
(1) the main mechanism of knitting machine
1. Coil forming mechanism The coil forming mechanism is to bend the yarn to form a coil, and make the coil set each other, so as to form a knitted fabric mechanism. The main machine parts are knitting needle, settling piece, triangle device and yarn guide device, etc., these parts are collectively known as the ring machine parts, they are driven by the main shaft through their own transmission mechanism or fixed, with each other into a ring movement.
2. Yarn feeding mechanism The yarn feeding mechanism is a mechanism that delivers the yarn on the bobbin or warp shaft to the winding parts at a certain tension and speed according to the requirements of the braiding system.
3. Patterning mechanism Patterning mechanism is called needle selection mechanism in weft knitting, which is used to select needles or settling pieces according to the requirements of the pattern. In warp knitting, the pattern mechanism is called the comb transverse movement mechanism, which is used to control the comb fixed with the guide needle and make it move the front and back of the needle horizontally along the needle bed according to the rules required by the pattern.
4. The transmission mechanism is based on the spindle as the main body, through the CAM, eccentric connecting rod, worm gear and gear and other transmission parts, so that the various parts of the machine movement of the mechanism.
5. Control mechanism. It is a mechanism that enables the various agencies to work in coordination with each other in accordance with weaving requirements.
6. It is a certain tension and speed, the fabric from the weaving area and rolled into a cloth roll mechanism.
