The MULTIVAC handling module automates a variety of packaging tasks, including product loading, separation and orientation of packaging, rejection of defective packages, and packaging of packages. The system can be equipped with two-, three- or four-axis robots as needed, and can be flexibly used in a variety of products, package sizes, weights and cycle times.
The handling system can generate almost any packaging mode to ensure optimal utilization of the secondary packaging capacity. The mezzanine and dispenser can also be inserted automatically. Because the universal stainless steel machine construction meets hygienic and FDA standards, the entire handling unit can be wet cleaned, and the MULTIVAC module is ideal for all products and production environments in the food industry.
