Fault analysis of servo motor
The body of the AGV trolley consists of the frame and corresponding mechanical and electrical components such as gearboxes, motors, drive wheels, etc. It is the basic part of the AGV. The servo motor is directly connected to the drive wheel, and the servo motor directly transmits the power to the drive wheel, thereby driving the entire automation engineering machine or the AGV car. Below is the AGV manufacturer Shenzhen Miikelimei Technology Co., Ltd. to share the top ten failure analysis of servo motors.
Three-phase AC servo motors are widely used, but after long-term operation, various failures occur. Timely judgment of the cause of the failure and corresponding treatment is an important task to prevent the expansion of the fault and ensure the normal operation of the equipment. Main faults and analysis of servo motors:
1. When the motor is running, the sound is abnormal and there is abnormal noise.
1, the cause of the failure
1 bearing wear or foreign matter such as sand in the oil;
2 the rotor core is loose;
3 bearings are short of oil;
4 The power supply voltage is too high or unbalanced.
2, troubleshooting
1 Replace the bearing or clean the bearing;
2 overhaul the rotor core;
3 refueling;
4 Check and adjust the power supply voltage.
Second, the motor encoder alarm
1, the cause of the failure
1 wiring error;
2 electromagnetic interference;
3 The encoder hardware damage caused by mechanical vibration;
4 pollution caused by the on-site environment;
2, troubleshooting
1 Check the wiring and eliminate the error;
2 Check if the shielding is in place, check whether the wiring is reasonable and solve it, and add filters if necessary to improve it;
3 check the mechanical structure and improve it;
4 Check whether the inside of the encoder is contaminated or corroded (dust, oil, etc.) and strengthen the protection;
3. Installation and wiring standards
1 Try to use the original cable;
2 Separate the cables so that they are as far away as possible from contaminated wiring, especially high-contamination wiring;
3 Always use the internal power supply whenever possible. If a switching power supply is used, a filter should be used to ensure that the power supply is clean.
4 Always ground the common terminal;
5 insulate the encoder housing from the machine structure and connect to the cable shield;
6 If the encoder cannot be insulated, connect the cable shield to the ground (or dedicated terminal) on the encoder housing and drive frame.
