①It is the starting capacitor, which mainly provides the starting signal for the fan motor. If it is damaged, it may cause the failure of the fan motor not to work.
②It is a fan motor, which is mainly used to drive the fan blades to rotate. If it is damaged, it will cause the electric fan to fail to work.
③ is the speed control switch, which is the control circuit part of the electric fan. It is mainly used to control the rotation speed of the fan.
④It is the eccentric rod and connecting rod, which are used to connect the shaking motor. If damaged, it may cause the electric fan to shake abnormally.
⑤It is the swing switch, which also belongs to the control circuit part of the electric fan. It is used to control the swing motor. If it is damaged, it may cause the fan not to shake its head or to shake its head abnormally.
⑥It is the fan baffle, which is mainly used to fix the fan motor. If it is damaged, it may cause a large working noise failure.
⑦It is a shaking head motor, which is mainly used to realize the shaking head function of the fan. If it is damaged, it may cause the shaking head function to be abnormal.
Troubleshooting and Repair
①The electric fan does not work after power-on, focus on overhauling the starting capacitor and the fan motor
② If the electric fan does not shake its head, focus on overhauling the shaking motor, the eccentric wheel of the shaking switch and the connecting rod.
③ If the wind speed regulation fails, focus on checking the connection status of the speed regulation switch and the wire.
④The working noise of the electric fan is loud, so focus on checking the fixing rods and clamping screws on the baffle.
