Extremely flexible three models
The LogiDrive series provides a drive solution for conveyor systems that are hundreds of meters long. The drive can be daisy-chained; the drive system can be connected via a short power cord. NORD also customizes its product line for internal logistics and airport technology. These three drive system models meet all typical performance requirements. In addition, the IE4 ultra-efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor with 1.1 kW, 1.5 kW or 2.2 kW can be combined with an efficient secondary helical bevel gear motor and configured for two drive sizes up to 260 Nm. NORDAC LINK series inverters have a larger speed range, higher overload capability and a variety of unique features. Its interface is suitable for all commercial communication protocols, including PROFINET, Ethernet POWERLINK, EtherCAT and EtherNet/IP.
User friendly and very efficient
The LogiDrive system features a pluggable coded connector for quick and secure installation. The maintenance switch, key switch and direction switch on the unit allow for flexible setup or adjustment of individual drive shafts. Sensors and actuators can also be connected via M12 connectors. . In addition, the sensor data collected by the drive can be transferred directly to higher level systems, avoiding wiring. The plug-and-play and frequency converters with pre-set functions also simplify maintenance and make it easy to replace the components of the drive system. Thanks to the lightweight alloy housing, the compact drive system is 25% lighter than alloy steel drive systems for easy movement. The LogiDrive IE4 ultra-efficient synchronous motor maximizes energy savings in frequent light-duty conveyor systems and significantly reduces the user's return on investment.
