Encoder speed feedback vector control debugging guide

First, the purpose

Master the wiring method of the PG card and the method of debugging the closed loop vector (asynchronous motor).

Second, the wiring method

Main circuit: R, S, T are connected to three-phase input power; U, V, W are connected to the motor line;

Control circuit, PG card wiring: according to the requirements of the manual, and the PG card wiring method of the Appendix for wiring;

For detailed wiring methods, please follow the actual requirements of the system and refer to the manual.

Third, the debugging steps

1, parameter self-learning, please see the parameter self-learning debugging guide for details;

2. F0-00=2, press M key to move, observe whether it is normal;

3. Set F0-00=1, set d0-00~d0-04 according to the motor nameplate, and correctly select d0-12, d0-14;

4, d0-11 is the number of pulses per revolution of the encoder, please see the encoder nameplate for details;

5, d0-05=2, then press RUN to complete the tuning of the motor

5. Press the M key to move to observe whether it is normal. If it is not normal, change d0-13.

6. Perform another jog to see if it is normal.

Fourth, the description

1. Vector closed loop and process closed loop are different concepts. The vector closed loop is the speed feedback of the motor using the encoder under vector control, and then transmitted to the inverter through the PG card, and then the closed loop vector control of the motor speed is performed;

The closed loop of the process generally refers to the whole system, and the closed loop of the whole process, such as constant pressure water supply control, compares the actual feedback water pressure with the given target water pressure to achieve closed loop control of the entire control process;

2. There is encoder speed feedback vector control, which is the control mode of F0-00=1.
