An electric toy is a motorized toy powered by a miniature electric motor. Most of them use batteries as an energy power, also known as battery toys. Electric toys came out along with the birth of electric motors.
In 890, the United States made a 4cm diameter electric small fan toy.
In 1896, it was made into an electric small train. It travels around a 30cm diameter circumference track. The original electric toy structure was very simple, just put the motor shaft directly against the edge of the toy wheel, through the friction drive to drive the wheel rotation. Then the structure became more and more complex.
1. Wheeling electric toys: mostly like vehicles. Toys can automatically turn when they encounter obstacles while driving. The operator holds the battery box and controls the toy action by pressing the button on the box. The battery box is connected to the toy with a wire, so it is called a wire-controlled toy. The advantage is that the manipulator can change the movement direction of the toy movement at any time with his own will. 4. Track electric toys: appearance to trains, racing cars. Toys drive along the track, and there are generally chirping, lights and other additional effects. The track comes in both plastic and metal. Plastic track toys are powered by in-body batteries. 5. Walking electric toys: mostly dolls and animal images. Toys can walk upright on both legs or crawl on all limbs.
6. Simulated electric toys: mostly dolls and animal images. Toys can simulate the various vivid movements of children or animals, and can be exaggerated, such as "little bear skipping rope", "monkey turning the jack", "crying and laughing doll" and so on.
