Drive characteristics of China Long Life Dc Motor
Brushless DC motor is a typical electromechanical integration product, which is composed of motor body and drive. Brushless motor refers to a motor without a brush and a commutator(or collector ring), also known as a commutator motor. As early as the birth of the motor in the nineteenth century, the practical motor produced was a brushless form, that is, an AC rat cage asynchronous motor, which has been widely used. However, asynchronous motors have many insurmountable defects to the slow development of motor technology. Transistors were born in the middle of the last century, so a DC brushless motor with a transistor commutative circuit instead of a brush and a commutator came into being. This new type of brushless motor is called electronic directional DC motor and it overcomes the defects of the first generation brushless motor.
Brushless DC Motor Note:
Selection
The main parameters to refer to when selecting brushless DC motors are the following:
Maximum torque: This can be achieved by adding load torque, moment of inertia, and friction. In addition, there are additional factors that affect the maximum torque such as air resistance.
Square mode torque: It can be approximated as the continuous output torque required by the actual application. Many factors determine the maximum torque, load torque, moment of inertia, acceleration, deceleration, and running time.
Speed: This is the speed required by the application. According to the trapezoidal curve of the speed of the motor, the speed requirement of the motor can be determined, and a 10 % margin is usually left during calculation.
maintain
(1) Before removing, blow the motor surface dust with compressed air and wipe off the surface dirt.
(2) Select the workplace where the motor disintegrates and clean up the scene environment.
(3) familiar with the characteristics of the motor structure and the requirements of the maintenance technology.
(4) Prepare tools(including specialized tools) and equipment for disassembly.
(5) In order to further understand the defects in the operation of the motor, an inspection test may be conducted before dismantling if necessary. For this purpose, the motor will be put on a load test, and the temperature, sound, vibration, etc. of each part of the motor will be examined in detail, and the voltage, current, and speed will be tested. Then the load will be disconnected and an empty load inspection test will be conducted separately to measure the empty load current and the empty load loss. Keep a record.
(6) Cut off the power supply, remove the external wiring of the motor, and make good records.
(7) Use a suitable voltage megabyte to test the electrical insulation resistance. In order to determine the change trend and insulation status of the motor compared with the insulation resistance measured during the last overhaul, the insulation resistance values measured at different temperatures should be converted to the same temperature, generally to 75 °C.
(8) Test absorption ratio K. When the absorption ratio is greater than 1.33, it is shown that the electrical insulation is not damped or the dampness is not serious. In order to compare with previous data, the absorption ratio measured at any temperature must also be converted to the same temperature.
