01. Analysis of the principle and characteristics of motor frequency conversion control technology

The variable frequency motor is a general term for the drive motor of the inverter, including the variable frequency induction motor and the inverter. It can improve the working efficiency of the motor and reduce the consumption of electric energy. Taking an alternator as an example, the formula for the rotational speed is as follows:

p - the number of motor pole pairs.

The motor slip ratio is expressed as:

In formula (2): s - motor slip rate;

n - motor speed.
