If the input is alternating current, it must be converted to DIRECT current by a converter.For inverter or AC input inverter to transfer to the motor coils, the DC voltage is converted by the inverter to drive the motor by three phase voltage.Inverter based on the six power transistors (Q1 ~ Q6) are divided into upper arm (Q1, Q3 and Q5) and lower arm (Q2, Q4 and Q6) which connect the motors as switches controlled by their inverter which flows through the motor coils.The control unit provides the timing of PWM which determines the switching frequency and inverter of power transistors.The BRUShless DC motor is generally expected to use a speed control whose speed can be stabilized at the set value without too much change when the load changes. Therefore, the hre-sensor that can sense the magnetic field is installed inside the motor, which is used as the closed loop control of the speed and also as the basis for phase sequence control.But this is only used for speed control not for positioning control.
