Digital rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor drive system, how much do you know?
The electric dental seat adopts rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor drive system. This system combines the rapid development of brushless DC motor and DSP control technology in recent years. It adopts a DSP controller to realize the operation of two rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motors. Control, with low cost and high performance.
Rare earth permanent magnet brushless motor meets the special requirements of medical industry for all aspects of medical equipment because of its high efficiency, good performance, simple structure, easy heat dissipation and low noise. Therefore, the linear drive mechanism driven by the rare earth permanent magnet brushless motor replaces the brush motor drive mechanism and the single-phase AC asynchronous motor drive mechanism, which has good social significance and broad market prospects.
