Difference between inverter power supply speed regulation motor test and ordinary motor
The performance of the motor is closely related to the characteristics of the frequency converter. The motor should be powered by a suitable frequency converter and tested at the same carrier frequency. In principle, it is stipulated that the test power supply should be provided with the frequency converter used in conjunction with the actual operation of the motor under test. Otherwise, the difference between the test result and the performance data during the field operation should be considered.
The test items of AC variable frequency speed regulating motor are specified in CB/T22670 and JB/T7118. The test methods and requirements of most of the projects are basically the same as those of ordinary asynchronous motors, but there are also some individual requirements. Ms. participated in the main content and summarized and shared with everyone.
This type of motor test project is the same as the ordinary motor, but the requirements in some aspects have increased. These items include: no-load test, stall test, load test and thermal test.
(1) No-load test
(2) Blocking test
(3) Thermal test
(4) Load characteristics test
(5) Loss test
(6) Noise and vibration test
The cooling fan is in operation. In the case of variable frequency power supply, measure the noise value or the maximum vibration speed RMS at the rated frequency or the minimum and maximum frequencies specified by the product standard. Test methods and regulations are the same as ordinary motors. JB/T7118 stipulates that the three-point frequency of 20Hz, 50Hz and 100Hz (adding other demand points when required) will run at no-load and measure the maximum noise value of the motor.
(7) Overspeed test
GB/T22670 stipulates that during the test, the speed of the motor is increased to 1.2 times the maximum working speed or the speed specified in various motor standards, or the maximum speed. Run at no load for 2 min.
JB/T7118 stipulates that the motor is rated voltage, 4kW and below, frequency is 150Hz, 4kW or more, frequency is 120Hz, and no excessive deformation occurs after no-speed test for no-load operation for 2min.
(8) Insulation resistance, withstand voltage and inter-voltage withstand voltage test
GB/T22670 stipulates that the test method is the same as that of the ordinary motor. The difference between the test standard and the test voltage value JB/T7118 is the test standard or the test voltage value. The insulation resistance, the voltage value of the AC voltage resistance test, and the inter-turn voltage resistance test. The voltage value (peak value) and the like are different from ordinary motors, and the specific values are as standard.
