Design of Servo Control System Based on DSP
With the development of science and technology, human beings have made great progress in many fields such as microelectronics, computers, power electronics and motor manufacturing, and directly promoted the rapid development and wide application of servo control technology. Applications such as in various numerical control equipment, industrial robots, large-scale integrated circuit manufacturing, transportation, manned spacecraft, power tools, and household appliances are becoming more widespread. This paper presents a design scheme of motor servo control system based on DSP and power module.
In the late 1990s, with the rapid development of digital signal processing technology and very large-scale integrated circuits, some high-performance, low-cost DSP chips appeared, which used DSP cores and peripherals for control, large-capacity on-chip memory. The components are integrated on a single chip, which can execute some high-precision complex control algorithms in real time, reduce the delay between the sensor sampling signal and the output of the control command, improve the dynamic behavior in the control, and the communication mechanism on the chip can be easier. The realization of information interaction with other systems, etc., has injected new vitality into the design of the motor control system. The emergence of DSP provides the possibility to design a high-performance on-chip drive control system with open structure and network control functions, and is the development direction of the motion control system implementation technology.
