Product Selection Instructions
To determine the model of a gear reduction motor, the following parameters need to be determined:
1. Determine the running speed of the machine and calculate the deceleration ratio of the gear reduction motor according to this speed (deceleration ratio = input shaft speed/output shaft speed = motor speed/mechanical required speed);
2. Calculate the load torque, select the output of the gear reduction motor according to the torque (refer to the "output torque table" provided by the gear reduction motor manufacturer), and determine the model of the gear reduction motor;
3. Determine additional functions of the gear reduction motor, such as power off brake, power on brake, frequency conversion, shrink frame, shell material, etc.Some additional functions can only be provided by specific factories, such as the G-series gear reduction motor, which provides all additional functions, so the selection can be negotiated with the supplier.
The installation and maintenance of gear reduction motor should pay attention to:
1. Please confirm whether the appearance of the gear reduction motor is damaged before use.Is there any oil leakage?
2. Please first confirm whether the specifications of the gear reduction motor purchased are consistent with the design specifications.
3. Please first confirm the operating voltage of the gear reduction motor.If the voltage is unstable, a voltage regulator can be installed.
