3. Radial force the middle part of the output shaft of the deceleration motor will bear the pull of 1.4kgf of the car in actual working conditions, and then multiplied by the safety factor of 2.5 (the short-time tension is more than 1.4kgf), that is, the deceleration motor must bear the radial pull of 3.5kgf, and the output shaft of the motor has no harmful deformation.
4. During the use of the brake carrying parking equipment, the user suddenly cut off when the user accessed the car, which brings inconvenience to the user, so the brake must be manually released with simple tools. Under 1.5 times the rated load, the brake does not skid, and the braking torque is greater than 2.2kgf · m.
5.The alternating humid heat test simulates the z-bad situation of the use environment of the deceleration motor, and the air relative humidity shall not be less than 90%, and the ambient temperature shall not be less than 25℃. Motor is at 40℃, After 6 cycles of alternating damp and heat test, the insulation resistance measurement is not less than 0.38mq, and the l760v voltage resistance test is no breakdown, no flicker.
