The spraying machine is mainly composed of feeding device, spray gun and atomization source. The source of atomization varies according to different types and spraying machine: the atomization source of air spraying machine consists of air compressor, air transmission pipe, air oil and water separator, and gas storage tank; the atomization source of no air spraying machine is composed of power source, high pressure pump and stepper motor; the atomization source of electrostatic spraying machine is composed of high frequency and high voltage electrostatic generator.
It consists of jet grouting and drying in two parts. Working mechanism includes nozzle equipped with nozzle, leather conveyor belt, drying system and cleaning mechanism. Now use more rotating multi-nozzle closed spray chamber, nozzle by ultrasonic or computer control opening and closing, to achieve the leather spray, no leather, no spray; save the coating agent, reduce pollution, high coating efficiency. The sprayed leather is sent into the drying zone by a conveyor belt and collected from the other end.
Spraying machine, is a special spraying equipment using high pressure without gas spraying technology. According to the mechanical type, also divided into pneumatic pneumatic spraying machine, electric pneumatic spraying machine, internal combustion pneumatic jet spraying machine and so on.
