Composition and structure of soybean milk machine

The cup body is like a large tea cup, with handles and vents, mainly used for holding water or soybean milk. Some of the cup bodies are made of plastic, and some are made of stainless steel, but they are all made of stainless steel or polycarbonate that meet food hygiene standards. When buying the machine to choose stainless steel cup body is appropriate, is mainly easy to clean. The cup body is marked with the "upper level" line and the "lower level" line on the cup body to regulate the water supply to the cup body. The lower part of the lower cover has electric heater, blades, net cover, overflow electrodes, temperature sensors and dry burning electrodes. Used to detect soybean milk boiling, to prevent soybean milk overflow. It has an outer diameter of 5 mm and an effective length of 15 mm, lying above the cup body. In order to ensure the normal work of the overflow electrode, it must be cleaned in time, and the soybean milk should not be too thin, otherwise, the overflow electrode will lose its protective role, resulting in cup overflow.

Used to detect the water temperature of the cup body during "preheating". When the water temperature reaches the set temperature of MCU (SH66P20A) (generally required for about 80℃), the starting motor starts to slurry. The electrode is not a separate component, but uses a stainless steel case for a temperature sensor. The shell outer diameter of 6 mm, the effective length of 89mm, the length is much longer than the overflow-proof electrode, inserted into the bottom of the cup body. When the water level of the cup body is normal, the bottom end of the dry burning electrode should be soaked in water. When the water level in the cup body is low or there is no water, or the nose is lifted, and the lower end of the dry burning electrode leaves the water surface, after the MCU (microcontroller) detects this state through the dry burning electrode, the soybean milk machine will be prohibited for safety. TW-UM6330
