There is an automatic lubrication station for lubricating the blade bearing and the pitch gear surface in the hub. When the grease is lacking or the tubing is blocked, the blade bearing and the tooth surface are not lubricated. The long-term operation will inevitably cause permanent damage. The pitch gear and B The aluminum cam of the encoder is not lubricated. After a long time of friction, the aluminum cam is easy to wear, and the cam is broken, which causes the cam to be out of synchronization, causing the fan to stop. Therefore, it is necessary to pay attention to the lubrication, and the accumulation of small problems for a long time. It will inevitably lead to irreparable damage to mechanical parts.

Slurry battery charger failure

Cause: The hub charger 3A1 is not charging. It is possible that the 3A1 has been damaged. It may be impossible to charge due to the high voltage of the grid.

Treatment method: observe the stop code, the general wheel hub charger does not work, causing the voltage of the 3-sided battery to decrease, will be reported together

Blade 1 battery voltage failure

Blade 3 battery voltage failure

Check 3A1, measure whether there is 230V AC input, 230 AC voltage indicates that the input power is no problem, then measure whether there is about 230V DC output and 24V DC output, if there is no input, you can replace 3A1, if the grid voltage is too short Caused, the voltage can be reset after recovery.

Cause: If only the single-sided battery voltage is faulty, it is not caused by the non-recharge of the hub charger, which may be caused by battery damage, charging circuit failure, etc.

Treatment method: press the charging experiment button of the main control cabinet of the hub, and test the charging on the 3 sides. At this time, measure the 230V DC power supply at the outlet end of the contact current contactor, and then check the electrical components in turn along the charging circuit. Bad, check if there is any contact failure, etc., and make sure that there is no abnormality in the charging circuit, then check if it is unable to charge due to battery failure. Open the battery cabinet, the battery consists of 3 groups, each group of 6 batteries are connected in series. The rated voltage of a single battery is 12V. The voltage at each end of each group is measured separately. If there is abnormal voltage, then each battery is measured until the fault is determined. The battery position will damage the battery replacement and recharge for several hours (the specific charging time is determined by external factors such as the number of replacement and temperature), and it can be charged for 12 hours. If the battery is not operated continuously, the new battery will not be fully activated, the life will be greatly reduced, and it will be damaged again soon, and other batteries may be damaged.
