As an important transmission device, gear reduction motors play an indispensable role. They are widely used in electronic equipment, painting equipment, printing equipment, packaging equipment, woodworking machinery, medical equipment, ceramic equipment, breeding equipment and other industries. Smaller geared motors and micro geared motors are used in these industries, and small geared motors and miniature geared motors have their own advantages.
First of all, it is a transmission function. It is a power transmission mechanism that uses a gear speed converter to decelerate the number of revolutions of the motor to the number of revolutions required by the terminal equipment and to obtain a mechanism with a large torque.
The difference between a small geared motor and a micro geared motor:
First: the power of the micro geared motor is relatively small, the general power is less than 200W, and the small gear motor generally has a power of more than 100W;
Second: the startup method is different. The starting mode of the micro geared motor is the capacitor starting, and the starting mode of the small gear motor is started at full pressure;
Third: the difference between the voltage and current of the power supply. The microcomputer can be single-phase, three-phase voltage, and can be an AC power source or a DC power source. The minicomputer is generally a three-phase AC power supply;
Fourth: The speed control device is different. Since the geared motor is generally equipped with an additional speed control device, the miniature speed governor is used to change the internal current of the motor to achieve speed regulation. The minicomputer generally changes the frequency of the power supply through the frequency converter to achieve the purpose of speed regulation;
Fifth: The application range is slightly different.
