When receiving motor products, we should first understand the types of motor faults and elimination methods: For electromagnetic noise, if the motor makes a high, low and heavy sound, the reasons may be as follows.(1) The air gap between the stator and the rotor is not uniform, so the sound rises and falls and the interval time between high and low is constant. This is caused by bearing wear, which makes the stator and rotor have different centers.(2) Three-phase current imbalance.This is the reason for wrong grounding, short circuit or bad contact of three-phase windings. If the sound is very dull, it means that the motor is seriously overloaded or in short of phase.(3) Loose iron core.During the operation of the motor, the fixed bolt of the iron core becomes loose due to vibration, which makes the silicon steel sheet of the iron core become loose and produce noise.
