The lead wire of the motor product in the China electric motors factory is the electrical component that connects the main winding wire with the drag equipment. The lead wire of a small-size motor directly extends the winding wire; while a large-size motor uses a special cable and requires matching end connectors. Most of the motors are connected to the drag equipment through the connection board transfer method, and some drag equipment requires the motor to have a longer lead wire to connect with the device interface. The lead itself should meet the quality requirements. If the motor has a power cord, or to facilitate the connection with the dragging equipment, provide a flexible lead cable (hereinafter referred to as lead wire) that extends out of the motor housing to connect according to actual needs The plugs, lead wires and plugs of the power supply lines shall all meet the requirements of the corresponding relevant standards, or shall meet the requirements for wires and cables in the relevant standards for this type of equipment. Unless there is no grounding requirement, there should be a grounding conductor in these flexible wiring harnesses. The lead wire used for grounding should have a terminal, and use a different color or mark to distinguish it from other leads. The ground wire also has specific diameter requirements.
