Causes and treatment methods of well-dumping of wells with submersible motors
The over-the-counter trip of the submersible motor is related to the voltage of the power supply, the failure of the pump and the motor, and improper use.
(1) The power supply voltage is too high or too low. The power supply voltage is too high or too low, which will adversely affect the use of the submersible motor. The treatment method is to adjust the voltage to 342V~400V.
(2) Two-phase operation of the submersible motor Two-phase operation of the submersible motor will cause the current of the motor to be too large, and the coil of the stator coil will be overheated. The running time will last for a long time, which will cause damage to the stator winding. If the motor is found to be in two-phase operation, stop immediately and check the cause of the two-phase operation of the submersible motor. For related treatment methods, refer to the relevant contents in the first section of this chapter, "Analysis and Treatment of Common Faults of Submersible Pumps".
(3) The flow rate of the submersible pump for the well is too large (or too small) and exceeds the scope of use, causing the flow of the submersible pump for the submersible motor of the well to exceed the range of use, which will overload the submersible motor for the well: for the centrifugal well For submersible pumps or submersible pumps for submersible wells, the flow rate used is too large, and the shaft power of the submersible pump for the well increases, which will overload the submersible motor for the well; for the submersible pump for axial flow, the lift used is high and the flow rate is excessive. Small, the shaft power of the submersible pump increases, which will overload the well with the submersible motor. The treatment method is to properly adjust the outlet valve of the submersible pump for the well, and the submersible pump for the centrifugal well or the submersible pump for the mixed flow well should be appropriately reduced in flow rate (the submersible pump for the axial flow type should be appropriately increased in flow rate) to make the well use The submersible pump's flow rate is within normal use, thus avoiding overloading the well submersible motor.
(4) When the impeller of the submersible pump for the well is blocked by water grass and debris, and the friction is severe, the mechanical loss of the submersible pump for the well is greatly increased, and the load of the submersible motor is greatly increased. When the impeller is severely blocked by water and grass, the submersible motor may even block. Therefore, when it is found that the impeller of the submersible pump is blocked by water grass and debris, it should immediately stop and disassemble the submersible pump for the well, remove the water pump and debris in the submersible pump impeller or the flow passage, so that the impeller rotates smoothly and briskly. Repair submersible pumps for wells.
(5) The submersible pump reversal treatment method is to switch the power supply line or the well submersible motor wiring to any two phases.
(6) Damage to the rolling bearing of the oil-filled submersible motor and the well dry submersible motor for the well, the water-filled submersible motor for the well and the shielded submersible motor for the well. The water-lubricated guide bearing or the thrust bearing is seriously worn. Make repairs.
(7) Overload protection device for submersible electric pump for operation The submersible electric pump for operation well is operated. When the overload protection device is activated, the cause of the operation of the overload protection device should be checked: if it is caused by overload or malfunction of the submersible motor for the well, Eliminate the overload and troubleshoot of the motor; if the operating current of the overload protection device is too small, the overload protection device should be recalibrated.
