1. Remove the pulley or coupling

2. Disassemble the power and ground wires of the motor

4. Remove the end cap
Before disassembly, mark the joint between the two end caps and the base, and then remove the bearing cap. The front and rear bearing caps should also be marked to avoid mis-installation. It must be noted that care must be taken during the removal of the rotor so that the stator windings and rotor cores are not damaged. It is best to place a thin layer of cardboard between the stator and the rotor before the rotor is pulled to avoid damage to the stator windings.
6. Disassemble the draw
During overhaul, the bearings are generally removed for cleaning, oiling or replacement according to the situation. Care must be taken when disassembling the bearings. Do not break the reusable bearings during disassembly, causing unnecessary losses.
