Compared with traditional conveyor belts, chains, etc., the biggest advantage of the electric drive track is that it can directly control each mover slider on the track by dynamically adjusting the alternating magnetic field at various positions on the track surface. Running action.

Each mover slider can be operated independently or in groups, or can be operated in tandem like a conventional synchronous conveyor line; at the same time, their trajectory, beat and separation distance can also be passed without changing the mechanical structure. The settings of the software parameters are adjusted. This will greatly shorten the switching time of its product batches for a single unit (single line) that produces similar products and requires multiple specifications.
