Prevent the oil from being pushed into the interior of the motor due to pressure, splashing on the fixed rotor during operation, and affecting the heat dissipation function of the motor.

There are differences in the insulation standards of various countries, but they are basically divided into: Y, A, E, B, F, H, and C, of which the Y-level temperature increase is the lowest(45 °C). The C level allows the highest temperature rise(above 135 °C). In terms of bearing oil and other materials, the temperature measured by a thermometer attached to the motor is best controlled below 85 °C.

Do not switch off the heat switch except in special circumstances. In wet weather and winter, special attention should be paid to the waterproof, moisture-proof and drying of electric motors. Special attention should be paid to the water density of electric machines in open air and wet places. For motors suspected of being seriously affected by moisture or splashing water, they should be carefully checked before use. Conditionally, the canvas cover should be sewn to protect it, which can relatively guarantee the insulation of the motor. However, during high temperature weather or for a long period of time, the canvas cover must be removed during continuous use to prevent the thermal dissipation from causing the motor to overheat and burn. If the motor is immersed in water, as long as the motor is disassembled, the rotor is drawn out, rewashed with hot fresh water at 60-70 °C, dried with compressed air, and baked with a light from both ends of the motor stator. The insulation of the motor is lifted to normal.
