3v dc motor factory explains the stator pole polarity of DC motors
(1) For the polarity check of the shunt winding of the shunt winding, the excitation winding, the series excitation DC motor, and the compound excitation winding in the compound excitation DC motor, the magnetic poles can be connected in series, and then through the DC power supply, with the compass in the pole The polarity of the pole is measured in the middle of the boot, repeated several times, and the polarity of the magnetic pole is determined by the compass guide or the north.
The polarity of the series-excited winding of the differential compound-excited DC motor is opposite to that of the shunt winding, while the integrated-excitation DC motor is the same. When checking the polarity of a certain winding, the other windings should be disconnected, otherwise the test accuracy will be affected. The level of the input voltage should be such that the magnitude of the DC current ensures that the magnetic field of the pole has sufficient ability to attract the compass.
(2), the polarity of the commutating pole, the main pole polarity armature rotation direction should meet the following relationship, DC motor: main pole N → commutating pole n → main pole S; DC generator: main pole N → commutating pole s →Main pole S→ commutation pole n. When testing the polarity of the commutating pole, the method is the same as the main pole of the test. The main pole and the compensating winding should be disconnected to prevent the measurement from being inaccurate.
The current to the commutating windings with a small cross section should be larger (not exceeding the rated value). For the odd commutating poles, it is conceivable to perform the same test check in time with the even number without missing poles.
(3) Check the polarity of the compensation winding and the method of checking the commutating polarity. To disconnect the commutating pole from the main pole winding, since the compensating winding is embedded in the main pole pole shoe, the polarity of the compensating winding should be indicated on the commutating magnet.
